Pecos Air Charter is the registered business name with the State of Texas for Pecos Aircraft Sales & Leasing, LLC. a Texas Limited Liability Company.
Pecos Air Charter has management and operational experience in turbojet aircraft. Pecos Air Charter currently operates our own Hawker 800A. We provide expertise and guidance to our charter customers to insure their travel need are handled in a seemless manner.
Management
Clarence Lott is the General Manager and Director of Operations of Pecos Air Charter. Clarence is a Viet Nam Veteran who received the Distinguished Flying Cross and 35 Air Medals among other awards. He has over forty years of aircraft experience, holds an Airline Transport Rating in both Turbojet Aircraft and Helicopters. He has over 28,000 hours of flight time and he holds an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic's Certificate with an Inspection Authorization. He oversees and manages all operations of Pecos Air Charter.
Clarence Lott has a wealth of experience and expertise in the leadership of the company. He understands both the benefits and the complexities of aircraft operations. Pecos Air Charter takes pride in providing you with professional personalized service second to none.
James Hudon is the Director of Maintenance of Pecos Air Charter. James has 30 years of corporate jet maintenance experience. James Hudson has recieved Flight Safety International on the Hawker 800 aircraft and numerous other business jet aircraft. His guidance and careful oversight of all maintenance operations allows Pecos Air Charter to operate aircraft that are maintained second to none.
Aircraft
We ensure that every aircraft meets highest maintenance standards before it is placed into our charter operation. The aircraft we operate are equipped with state-of-the-art safety devices such as the Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS) and the Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System II (TCAS II).
Pecos Air Charter Pilots
Our pilots are among the most experienced and well trained in the industry, averaging 10,000 hours of flight experience each. They all possess extraordinary qualifications, even so, we require them to return two times per year for simulator training. In fact, on every Pecos Air Charter flight both pilots are FAA type-rated in the type of aircraft being operated.
Flight Operations
Safety starts long before takeoff, it start from the moment you request a charter flight. Before every flight, our Operations experts go over everything, from aircraft capabilities and airport conditions to weather conditions and baggage loads. No Pecos Air Charter flight takes off unless the pilot-in-command and the charter coordinator verify all flight plans and computations.
Maintenance
All maintenance inspections conducted on Pecos Air Charter aircraft meet or exceed the provisions for air carrier operations specified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Pecos Air Charter maintenance is perform only by Company maintenance personnel or authorized factory repair stations.
Security
Pecos Air Charter constantly works with fixed base operators (FBO), local airport authorities, law enforcement officials, the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) security officials to determine if additional security measures are necessary to ensure our clients peace of mind.
